We celebrated Glenn's birthday at Rachelle's new home. Grandpa is surrounded by half of his grandchildren.

I decided to make small cakes so that each child could have their own candle to blow out. Cora was quite pleased!
Grandpa's face doesn't fool me. I know he had a good time. And the cake was so yummy. I wonder...would you use vanilla chips in a vanilla version or would they just melt too much?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it was fun, but I also know that face. It's called, I have two babies on my lap, a toddler that also wants on my lap, two other kids running and jumping and yelling and screaming...and it's still light outside so it's not going to end soon. But there is a little hint in his eyes of..."I get to go home and leave em all behind tonight" Hehe.
